Audience:  8-12 year olds in family groups

The task:   Content management for a blockbuster family exhibition launching at the Science Museum, London and the Children's Museum, Indianapolis.

Key activities:

Developed communications strategy.Managed research activities and expert advisors.Commissioned writers and collaborated with graphic, digital interactive and product designers to realize communication aims.Scheduled copy-flow and managed writing, editing, proofing stages.Developed audio scripts and video storyboards and managed production contractors.Managed an ongoing evaluation programmeDeveloped accompanying online education resources.Represented and promoted the project to Museum staff, press and broadcast media.Wrote accompanying visitor guide and spy trail activities.
